2017 Sponsorships

Current sponsorships expire December 31, 2016.
Starting January 1, 2017 the Colorado-Wyoming Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) will offer five levels of sponsorship. Please contact the Secretary/Treasurer for more information.

  • Platinum $2,000 (Limit 2 Annually)
    • Best visibility on Section’s website
    • Best visibility on Conveyances – full page ad
    • Recognized as a top level sponsor in the PowerPoint sponsorship ads at Section meetings
    • Five-minute presentation during lunch at the Section’s annual business meeting
    • Four golf tournament registrations
    • Poster/banner at Golf Tournament
    • Six Section luncheon registrations (sponsor to choose luncheons)
    • Five job ads on Section’s website and Conveyances for three months
    • Limit to two sponsors per year to have them stand out
  • Gold $1,000 (Limit 5 Annually)
    • Prominent visibility on Section’s website
    • Prominent visibility on Conveyances – half page ad
    • Recognized as a Gold level sponsor in the PowerPoint sponsorship ads at Section meetings
    • Recognized as burrito sponsor for the Golf Tournament ($200 allocated to prize), with a poster or banner
    • Four Section luncheon registrations (sponsor to choose luncheons)
    • Three job ads on Section’s website and Conveyances, each posted for three months
  • Silver $500
    • Good visibility on Section’s website
    • Good visibility on Conveyances – 1/4 page ad
    • Recognized as a Silver level sponsor in the PowerPoint sponsorship ads at Section meetings
    • Four Section luncheon registrations
    • Two job ads on Section’s website and Conveyances, each posted for three months
  • Bronze $250
    • Company logo displayed on Section’s website and Conveyances – 1/8 page ad
    • Recognized as a Bronze level sponsor in the PowerPoint sponsorship ads at Section meetings
    • Two job ads on Section’s website and Conveyances, each posted for three months
  • Meeting $500 (designated to sponsor one Section meeting)
    • A table next to the registration table, or the sponsor’s own booth, where they can directly greet and engage interested attendees, exhibit a banner, and/or hand out company brochures
    • Five-minute presentation at the sponsored meeting
    • Recognized in the PowerPoint sponsorship ads at Section meetings
    • A badge ribbon for all attending representatives of the company
    • Limit to one sponsor per meeting, but a company may sponsor multiple meetings
    • Applies to Section monthly meetings excluding Annual Business Meeting, Vendor Show, and Spring Symposium
    • Lower the registration by $5, announced in the newsletter and website
